This qualification is designed for developing and emerging leaders looking to provide their team and organisation's with inspirational leadership and management. As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of their team.

During this program you will learn how to lead a high performance organisation, and develop your management skills to ensure your organization's success.

To complete this qualification you will need to complete a series of workplace based projects related to your chosen program.

This stream focuses on operational leadership and management - you’ll be required to complete a series of workplace based projects to develop a high performance workplace and implement systems and practices to ensure operational excellence.

  • Show leadership in the workplace

  • Identify risk and apply risk management processes

Want to focus on growing new business, in this stream you’ll be required to complete a series of workplace based projects to grow a businesses sales, profits, systems and people.

This stream is ideal for those responsible for “developing new products and services, and driving innovation within a business environment” - you’ll be required to complete a series of workplace based projects to accelerate your business innovation practices and performance.

  • Promote innovation in a team environment

  • Apply digital solutions to work processes
